Are your hands eager to create change?
Are your fingers itching to touch soil?
We have the cure for you:
Come & volunteer for a couple hours on the San Lorenzo River levee for the
“ESTUARY RE-VEGETATION RESTORATION PROJECT”
Your effort will visually improve the river levee image & native plants will supply future food sources for the 3 Bs (BEES, BIRDS, BUTTERFLIES).
Every 3rd Saturday this ongoing ‘Project’ of The Native Habitat Restoration Committee of the Valley Women’s Club brings
the upper & lower River Community together.
You are the change & together we’ll make a difference.
WHEN: SATURDAY, MARCH 18th, 2017 9am-11am
WHERE: At the Intersection East of Riverside Ave. & San Lorenzo Blvd. @ the Riverside Ave. Bridge (above Mike Fox Park)
WHAT TO BRING: gloves, boots, extra bottle of water for watering plants.
